What you'll do

  • Own features end-to-end across our micro-SaaS product portfolio
  • Drive product management — user research, feature prioritization, roadmap input
  • Build production-quality code across the full stack
  • Set up and manage infrastructure — CI/CD pipelines, hosting, monitoring
  • Participate in user acquisition — content, outreach, growth experiments
  • Use AI development tools as a core part of your daily workflow
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation

What we're looking for

  • Strong programming fundamentals in at least one language
  • Demonstrated ability to build and ship something (portfolio, side projects, contributions)
  • Available full-time, 5 days/week from our Pune office (Baner)
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — we set direction, you figure out the path
  • Interest in the full product lifecycle, not just coding
  • Comfort with AI-native development workflows

The long-term internship is for people who want to go deep. Six months is enough time to go from “I understand the codebase” to “I’m driving product decisions and shipping features independently.”

What Makes This Different

Most internships give you a sandbox project that never sees users. Here, you work on production products from day one. The code you write will be used by real people. The features you design will be evaluated by the market.

The Journey

Over six months, you’ll typically progress through:

  1. Month 1 — Onboarding, understanding existing products, shipping your first small features
  2. Months 2–3 — Owning larger features, participating in product decisions, understanding user feedback
  3. Months 4–5 — Driving features independently, contributing to architecture, mentoring newer team members
  4. Month 6 — Full ownership of a product area, user acquisition participation, preparing handover documentation

What You Get

  • Deep experience building production SaaS products
  • Understanding of the full product lifecycle — not just development
  • Proficiency with AI-native development tools and workflows
  • A strong reference and portfolio pieces
  • Understanding of what it takes to run a software product business

What you'll do

  • Work on micro-SaaS products from ideation to shipping
  • Participate in product management — understand users, define features, prioritize
  • Develop full-stack features using modern frameworks and tools
  • Deploy and operate what you build — hosting, monitoring, debugging
  • Use AI-native development tools: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex
  • Optionally participate in user acquisition and growth experiments

What we're looking for

  • Passion for building things — show us something you've made (portfolio, side projects, open source)
  • Basic programming ability in at least one language
  • Willingness to work from our Pune office (Baner) at least 2 days/week
  • Early-stage students welcome — we care about curiosity, not credentials
  • Comfort with learning new tools and frameworks quickly

This isn’t a “fetch coffee and watch” internship. You’ll be building real products that real users will use.

What You’ll Do

Every summer cohort works on our micro-SaaS product portfolio. The specific product and technology varies by year based on market trends and opportunities, but the structure is consistent:

  1. Understand the problem — We start with product thinking. Who is the user? What’s the pain point? Why would someone pay for this?
  2. Build the solution — Full-stack development using whatever tools fit the job. We’re pragmatic, not dogmatic about technology choices.
  3. Ship it — Hosting, deployment, CI/CD. If it’s not running in production, it’s not done.
  4. Learn from users — Optionally, participate in early user acquisition. See how real people interact with what you built.

AI-Native Workflow

We use AI tools extensively — not as a novelty, but as a core part of how we work. You’ll learn to use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools as force multipliers. This is what professional development looks like in 2025 and beyond.

No Stipend, But…

We don’t offer a stipend. What we offer is significantly more valuable for your career: real product experience, real shipping, and a portfolio piece you can point to and say “I built that.” Previous interns have gone on to strong careers with the experience and references from this program.
