Collecting Customer feedback, and connecting

My laptop bag from Nasher Miles, my go-to brand for all kinds of bags, was delivered yesterday. I wanted to start using it today, on the occasion of Vijayadashmi in India.

To my pleasant surprise, there was a “Warranty Upgrade” voucher in there (see the attached image).

I have been “technology” mentoring, Neelam Talera ‘s Telosa for a few months now on the topic of Customer Experience, Feedback collection, and contact information.

This card hit the right note. Abhishek Daga, Lokesh Daga and Shruti Kedia Daga have built a fantastic company, while keeping their focus on the product quality. Proud to be their family … no really, I mean it. I am a “far off” cousin as the English translation of relationships would say. But, in our “joint family” lingo, we call ourselves brothers. No prefixes, or suffixes attached. Here’s a “high five” folks.

Sorry for the digression. Here is a feedback for you. A usability improvement for this card. WhatsApp, on the iPhone, does not allow me to send a message to a number that is not in my contacts. Please add a QR code that uses the url ( https://wa.me/919930076456?text=6MONTHSMORE ), then it will make the process more seamless, and instantaneous.

Kudos folks !!! Know that I am watching, and happy for you every bit of the way. Your greatest fan. All the bags that my wife and me use are Nasher Miles. You need to sell more to my children though 😄
