Thank you for the overwhelming response to this internship call. It will take me a while to filter. The applicants should expect a response, in their mailboxes, maximum by tomorrow ( 19/Dec/2023 ).

Some statistics based on the application data:

Very happy to see that a lot of past mentees want to do more, and have re-applied. In both categories, still learning (students), and refresher (1-3 years industry experience). Tells me that people are hungry for more, and like my style of enabling them.

I am also very pleased to see that the call for #womenintech has resulted in nearly 50% of the applications from that category.

A healthy mix of “references”, from industry veterans as well as past interns and associates, and LinkedIn post searches. It is a good sign for expanding the reach of the philosophy to people beyond my network.
