I have been asked multiple times recently if I have considered making my mentoring programme a “commercial” one and scaling.
I strongly believe that a “customised” programme can deliver more value to the mentees than a standardised one can. Yes, I can record on Youtube, or define a course, but then are there not enough companies that do that ? An in-person, customised programme, that watches the mentees as they work, and customised the examples and training to match their background, and understanding, is difficult to scale.
And I am just getting started.
I mentor because it is my passion, not because I want to “teach” and churn out hundreds to make money. Do I need to make money, absolutely.
So, here I am offering, for companies willing to hire me: I can run a customised training programme, on your campus, with your interns/freshers/staff. If you want me to hire a place, and host it there, I can arrange that too. My focus is to help people learn how to learn. Like they say: “Teach them to fish …”.
