When I saw this video on my YouTube feed, i was curious on learning the author’s perspective.
I have to say on the title is undersold !! Why ? Because the messaging here is about the ways to identify an Impact worker.
The characteristics mentioned, the selfless attitude, the impact valuation approach they use, the willingness to jump into things that ‘employees’ will not, the strategy focus, so much.
I found it insightful. Hope you do too.
