Great advise. The small things matter most at the start of your career. Once they get set up in the resume, the hiring ‘Talent Aquirer’, will NEVER allow you to step out of that.

I know it is not the right thing, but your profile will not even be considered for any other profile. There is no scope for experimentation. The industry is unforgiving.

If the company put work for gloves you the space, yes, you can make a transition. But be aware. The world of ‘keyword hiring’ does not give you the freedom.
