Redefining Recruitment and Learning in the Age of AI
I really like the approach and take in this video. And i believe that this is the only way to that recruitment related evaluations should happen too.
Finally we have a reason to stop people from learning without understanding, and cracking the interviews, and tests. We now need people who can think and reason. We need people who can create new path ways. We need people who can apply knowledge in ways that have not been applied before.
We also need people to make things better than the current processes or practices guide them to be. We need people to understand the context, and them decide if optimisations are needed.
We need people to stop being trained on how to erase a word when the typewriter ended up printing multiple characters. We need people to be trained on capturing ideas in a word processor, at the speed at which they can dictate it, while making mistakes and fixing them, at really low costs.
Let’s learn how to use AI as tools. We finally have meaningful real world applications for ML and AI.
