Building an early team
I cannot agree more. Hiring someone who wants to work with you, rather than someone who wants a “job”.
That is the way the Ozone API India team was built. That is the way I was recruited too. That is the way all of Ozone API has always been.
Its always been about the passion. Its always been fun.
I have seen other organisations try to ‘scale’, and the culture, energy, ethics and people priorities go in the wrong direction very quickly.
