Learnings from Call for Finishing School applications
Learnings from Call for Finishing School applications
Here are some interesting learnings:
Most students who apply, do not care about responding to emails or messages
People, who are already in employment, try to use this as a way to apply for a job, even when it is evident that it does not exist
Students use “unprofessional” profile pictures, even religious symbols, on LinkedIn. Either their accounts have been hacked, and they do not know. Or, this is a way to get “views”. Either ways, a bad deal.
