“Wow !! ” is what came to me when the message in the image below hit me.

I have been working with people, building teams, and products, in companies I have loved.

I have always been bashing myself up for not being able to align with the people who ‘just wanted things done’. I have always had fun learning and working with people who were looking into the future and nurturing the our team to do better.

When I saw this post, I just realised, i am the type of the lighthouse. And that is the reason I am attracted to those kinds.

I can see the people who have aligned with me in the past, when I have been in a position of control, or influence, and I can see why they loved working with me. They have, and not mincing words, told me this in their feedback to me.

As they say, the right messages repeat in front of your eyes when you need them.

Trust the universe. Always be hearing what it has to say. Be mindful.
