Mentor !!
The question I have always asked, begore taking new mentees, is the type of mentoring they need.
I have seen them need all 4 of the types mentioned in this post, and, without being conscious, have provided all of them.
I am always looking for mentors for myself. Or opportunities to learn from life events, and people. So this comes as a valuable structure to my thinking process.
