The introvert’s version of leadership
If you have leaders, who are INTP ( https://www.16personalities.com/intp-personality ), you will see that they strive to learn. You cannot keep pace with them. They seem to just be in a league of their own.
But, that is the inspiration they intend to create. That is their message for you. We are all here to be awesome. Leverage your strengths. Overcome your fears. Strive towords your dreams, or, push yourself beyond your own expectations.
Remember, leaders are an iceberg. Things you see, will be just the tip. The effort and scale of getting there will always be hidden from you. Always ask, never assume. They will be more than happy to mentor.
