Quiet quitting

The passionate people going quiet is a real challenge for any management. It happens once the trust has been hit badly. Trust that had them believe fixing things is possible.

And its not easy to resolve once they have crossed the threshold.

At the same time, be aware that as organisations mature, and change their stage of life, some of these same well wishers will find it difficult to adapt.

There is always space for everyone to grow together, and the key to that is communication. Talking to people is the inly way to make things work, if all have the same objective, growth of the organisation.
