Designing Mentorship programmes

I am always kept humble, reminding me of the opportunities I have had in my life, and my obligation to give back.

Happy to talk to those who want to become mentors, those who want to bring in such ‘programme’ at their organisations, or communities.

And always happy talk to colleges/schools to help them institutionalise this knowledge.

Teachers/Knowledge givers are, unfortunately, not investing in learning as much. Given that most of them do not have industry exposure, some mentoring for them to learn the way of the industry, would go a long way.
