The future is Asia !!
Here is a data driven decision maker for all the ‘students’, who think going to the western countries is best for their future.
It was good while the transition generation ( me and 2 gens before ). But going forward, you will need to be able to handle the India / China way of thinking.
The difference is that these countries have languages that have a lot of context. The difference is that these countries embrace diversity without calling it out. The difference is that these countries have a long history. The difference is that these countries have a lot of local culture. The difference is that these countries have a different perspective to life than the ‘western philosophy’.
To be able to handle that, you need to live here and be brought up in the relevant way of thinking ( and life ).
Going to the western countries, for education, or lifestyle, is not going to help, specially the families that are already financially well off.
Since i am in India, need to add, this is my perspective. To reach their own. The world is composed of multiple universes, and my view will always be different from any other on this planet.
