Learning how to learn

Each person has their own way of learning. But learning by doing things that don’t end up in the way it was expected to, is probably the one that has maximum returns.

When working with my mentees, interns and anyone who approaches me for advise, I always say “try it out, never know what will work for you”.

In most cases, I do not give them my approach. And, in almost all situations, i get to learn a new way of thinking. Even if that approach doesn’t work. I get better every day, by seeing others try paths that lead to different results.

All good data points for my future self to give advise.
