Will you fund interns with a give-forward loan ?
I get a lot of internship requests. A few of them are people who want to join the tech industry with hopes of a better financial future.
A lot of these people are not financially stable, and hence cannot sustain themselves through the internship period. I can finance only a limited amount from my savings / earnings. They learn with me. I also pay for their place to sit, such that it is feasible for me to monitor progress. A friend has contributed 2 laptops that i use for people that cannot afford machines themselves.
I am asking you: Will you want to fund, an amount between Rs. 5000 and Rs 15000, per month, for 3 months, per intern ? The amount requirement depends on their income in their current workplaces, if any.
You send the money direct to the intern’s bank account. I get nothing.
Once they finish, and are able to earn, I am hoping they will give this amount forward to the next person who needs it.
