Giving credit where its due

Signs of a good leader, is to give credit where it is due, and also the appropriate exposure.

I have been surprised, over my years of experience, that the careers can get a different shape, for the better, once the above is done with a genuine heart, and not as a formality.

Kudos to this family. The Barjatiya’s have been known to have an image of a ‘honest’ family. And this event just solidifies that image. Only someone who feels secure and comfortable with themselves will be able to do such a deed.
