The ‘heart’ is mightier than the ‘money’
At Ozone API India, we have been lucky to have a very diverse team, along all slices that can be measured for any small organisation. We grew from 2 to 20 in under 12 months, with absolutely no spending on recruitment.
How ? We are truthful. We have a honest heart. We care for everyone who talks to us. And we are not afraid of showing our feelings.
At the same time, we do not let ‘feelings’ come in the way of business either. Helps all of us be confident that the relationship we are getting into, is sustainable, in the long run.
I am always happy to hear, about the love and respect, that everyone around me has, for the way the team has shaped up.
As with every organisation growing fast, there are challenges. And together, we take each one head on.
