Value of your time

I think the question you should ask here is, are you looking for instant gratification, or in it for the long game ?

Instant gratification, or “what am i getting right now”, will keep you in toxic cultures. In a way, the toxicity will not allow you to think about the long term. It will keep your mind busy complaining or feeling pitu for yourself and others around you.

The long game, is with a leader who will help you grow. As a person. As a leader. And the money, if relevant, will come. But the values, and ethics, and the process of making a great team, cannot be learnt any other way.

Here is wishing everyone that they find a great leader, and mentor, some point in their lives. That will help understand the value of this.
