Make yourself redundant
I am a compulsive delegator. And I have seen so many of my colleagues get groomed into decision making early in their careers. Allows me to move on to other things.
Making myself redundant is always the goal. Some teams take longer than others. Have done this multiple times in my career.
Maybe this can be applied to ‘decision makers’ too.
