Help mentor and shape the career of a #womanintech

I was approached today by someone (random connect because of my messages related to offering help) who has been working in the Technical Support for networks for 3 years. Current job is 9am-6pm 7 days a week, and pays pittance.

She went to some ‘training class’ person and they are ready to fleece her and ruin her career.

She is Pune based, from a non-privilege background, looking for career advice, and if possible help with finding a new/different job.
