Family has always been first for me, personally.
And that is at the core of the value system at Ozone API India. We have built a ‘Work’ family, if you will. And we care for every person, just like our own Family.
We always give time to each other. Have fun together. Care for each other. Teach the younger ones value systems. Mentor the teenagers to grow up and become strong individuals. Support the early life starters understand the ‘first time’ effect, as they open up to the world. And… Help each other learn about life, just like a family member would.
We also do a lot of work. And are able to get more done with a small team, than a lot of large teams can.
