I love the fact that UGC finally recognises that industry experience is as intensive as a research programme. Though i am not very happy that this is limited to a 4 year tenure.
Nevertheless, it’s a good start.
So, i am explicitly stating that if there are any UGC recognised that want to host programmes in ‘Becoming an industry ready Software Professional’ covering technical and soft skills, specially project mentorship driven, you can reach out to me.
If you are on my network, and want your institute to host a ‘different’ programme, covering real life, ask then to reach out to me.
Want to clarify, I am not proposing full time engagement in college. I love my work and role at Ozone API , and am not going to leave that. This is part of my personal ‘Giving back without Borders’ agenda.
