At Ozone API, we know that these are the realities of life, and make our team members aware of the same. As long as there is no conflict of interest, there is only value to be gained by people going out and exploring the world. 

We also believe that every individual is always learning, irrespective of any “categorisation” that can be put in. We treat every person in the organisation at the same level of respect, and hence are fortunate to get opportunities for everyone to become a better person, as more life experiences join our organisation. I personally also believe that when fresh talent, with -1 (minus one) to 2 years of industry experience gets the right energy and role models, they are moulded for life. Yes you read it right, I am suggesting that people who are still to get to graduation year are included as “fresh talent”.
