Mentorship for the young graduates (1-3 years in the tech industry)

A very interesting perspective. I have always loved my life in this way. Always looking for ways to add value to the lives i touch, and learning to do it better next time around.

I have always been a ‘mentor’ to others, and to myself, and have always looked for mentors in others.

Over the past year, at Ozone API India, we ran a mentorship programme fore college ‘pre-graduates’ before online education was just not helping the passionate students.

This year, starting now, i want to start focusing on people who have graduated in the last two years, and have primarily been ’ working from home’. Things that can be learnt when you are in the presence of people with experience, just can’t be done when working from home.

So, here is a call for people with 1-2-3 years since they graduated, and are making a career in the areas of Developers, QA, SRE and DevOs. Reach out to me. Let me help you learn the process of life long learning.
