Bringing back Mocsh !!
It’s been a while that I paused my passion project, Mocsh.
I was happy to hear from multiple users that they are missing it and would love to see it back up and running.
For those that are not aware, Mocsh aimed to help find the financial documents, that we receive in email, and make reading them a one click process, in a secure and privacy friendly environment. No remembering passwords. No worry about other apps having access to saved documents. No reading inside the documents.
Also, I think I need my side project to keep me motivated and learning. It helps me be focused, disconnect from work, allows me to think strategically, as well as be tactical at the same time.
It also gives me one more avenue to mentor passionate students. ( More on this in another post )
So, on public demand, my mental health needs, I am going to start working on rebuilding Mocsh server and app today. Giving myself one month to bring the app up and make it functional, to the same level as it was when i shut it down. 🤞
Will there be more later, absolutely. But, getting to ground zero again is the first step.
Wish me luck, and please keep me accountable. Keep asking me about it, so that I have motivation to get there.
