Rat Race ???!!!
When I talk to people about their lives, I can understand the concept of Rat Race. Need for ‘Growth’ in title, ‘Growth’ in salary, ‘Growth’ in team size, ‘Growth’ in circle of influence, ‘Growth’ in the balance sheet inpact.
And then I look back at my life. I have never been in any of these races. I have only been learning, mentoring, creating, helping people, and having fun along the way.
I don’t have too many friends. Or so I thought, until I started working with someone whose wife I have known for longer than he has ( Freddi Gyara Farangiz Satarawala ).
From a one person contractor in Ozone India, to a 8 people team, with a local entity established, in under 18 months. The people who are onboard are, what I call, my life’s earnings. Vaibhav Billore Sheetal Verma Jessica Kulkarni, Vipin Jain, Swetha Naik.J.P
Also, the trust that comes from unexpected fronts.

And the most critical one, the trust that Dhwanil Vasani and his parents have on me.
These are but a few names. And there are loads more.
Thank god I never got into the Rat race. Otherwise I would not have so much love from everyone I was connected to.
