Lesson from the festival of Navratri

Lesson from the festival of Navratri

The festival of Navratri, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Navaratri

The modern world calls it mythology. The ancient Indian tradition called it documentation of knowledge. We, the ignorant, call it stories.

These particular set of days mean different things to different people, based on their current stage of life, learnings from life, and A’s the corporate world says, ‘Top of mind issues’.

Over the past 24 months, i have seen a different side of life, and learnt a lot from it.

One of the key learnings, that i can apply to the stories from this festival:

It’s not a battle, but an exposure. What one situation classified as ‘Demon’, another may call it the ‘Devi’.

It’s all about inclusion. It’s all about realising that everyone lives all lives at the same time. Not a black or white, but all colours in the spectrum.

So, don’t judge anyone. People, and life, can change at the drop of a hat.
