Offer for paid internship / employment

I have recently started freelancing, and, as a benefit of running my own company, I have the freedom to expense for some more heads. I am committing, to use a portion of the proceeds I get from my contracts to help people sustain themselves, while they are looking for opportunities.

Here is my proposition.

Work with MandrakeTech, until you find a job, or a maximum of 6 months, whichever is less. No, I will not “bill” you. Together we will build a product that I can integrate into the Mocsh brand. It may need you to learn something new. Or will have something that you can show in your portfolio.

I am offering a small amount of money to help you take care of your everyday expenses, and sustain your dependents. Something that I can afford, and may make a difference to your life. Along with this, I offer my mentorship, a recommendation letter.
