A mentor can bring in tremendous increase in your ability to learn new skills, keep you focused, and give you knowledge you would have taken a while to process and learn by experience.

How much are you willing to pay for this ?

I think teachers, coaches and mentors should be paid multiples of what you charge in your work. Because, based on where your experience level, you are looking at them to learn what the self paced learning platforms like Udemy, upGrad or edX will not teach. Those you can do by yourself.

Why? Because you are going to monetise that knowledge for life. And, if it weren’t for them, you would have taken much longer to get there.

Is the speed of learning important to you ? Is your time worth money ? Then make the most of it.
