I have been asked a few times if I want to be compensated for the proposed discussions and sessions on financial planning.

Let me start by saying that spreading financial planning awareness is a passion for me. I do not intend to sell any products or services.

I always recommend that people interested in ensuring a long term plan should engage a financial advisor. For those people who need help getting started, and approaching a financial advisor is a impediment or roadblock, I do offer to get them started with the basic process and steps. They can, and should, pursue improving the plan beyond that.

I would like to express gratitude to my mentor Nitin Parab and my current employer Nutanix to keep me sufficiently compensated and also give me the space to pursue my passion.

If you are an organisation or group of people who want me to come talk to you, I am not expecting to be compensated. But, if you are able, please donate to a charity whatever amount you think the content was worth to the people receiving it.
